Ricky Kirk, 57, of 315 Franklin Street, Cowan, TN was arrested October 11 on a charge of fugitive from justice.

Terry Mercer, 29, of 2113 Gail Street, Rossville was arrested October 12 on charges of violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act and drugs not in original container.

Michael Thomason, 36, of 104 Hunt Street, Rossville was arrested October 12 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Margaret Griffin, 32, of 918 Medaris Street, Clinton, TN was arrested October 12 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and defective tag light.

James Davis, 63, of 584 Pine Grove Access, Room 229, Ringgold was arrested October 13 on a charge of drinking and disorderly.

Jordan Holton, 22, of 308 Green Gorge Road, Signal Mountain was arrested October 13 on charges of defective tag light and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Edward Berneburg, 31, of 825 Donaldson Road, Apt. A, East Ridge was arrested October 14 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Bobbie Hullender, 26, of 839 Hullender Road, Ringgold was arrested October 14 on a probation violation.

David Hamilton, 24, of 105 First Street, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 14 on a charge of drinking and disorderly.

Sabrina Pedigo, 36, of 195 Meyers Street, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 15 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Julia Ridley, 36, of 117 Lightning Lane, Lafayette was arrested October 15 on a charge of shoplifting.

Alexander Conn, 21, of 44 Camelot Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested October 15 on a charge of shoplifting.

Leslie Lane, 27, of 44 Camelot Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested October 15 on a charge of shoplifting.

Jonathan Williams, 28, of 7 Gene Autry Drive, Rossville was arrested October 15 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, no proof of insurance and speeding.

Nancy Nelson, 30, of 1135 Nellie Head Road, Tunnel Hill was arrested October 16 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Tracy Rood, 37, of 70 Mandolin Court, Tunnel Hill was arrested October 16 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
